Recruiting Fee Schedule

  • Resume Drop: $50 per listing, $25 for non-profit

  • On-campus Recruiting:
    • $200 registration fee per semester for full-time opportunities
    • $100 registration fee per semester for internships
    • $50 non-profit registration fee per semester for internships and full-time opportunities
  • Interview Room Fee: $50 per room, $25 for non-profit

  • Information Sessions and Employer-in-Residence:
    • $100 fee per session at the Career Development Center
    • $50 fee per session at the Career Development Center for non-profit
    • Fees for other venues based on room size, set up, media and catering
  • Career Fair: $600 per table per organization ($150 for non-profits)
    • an additional fee will be charged for over two representatives per table
    • maximum of 4 representatives per table allowed
  • Media Equipment: Fees are based on equipment, delivery, set up, etc.

Payment

Invoices will be sent to the contact person for payment. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and checks are all accepted at Brown University.
