International Opportunities
Living and working abroad can definitely be exciting, yet it requires LOTS of time, research and preparation in advance. Here are some questions to ask yourself as you consider working abroad:
What is your eligibility to work abroad? Visa issues can be strict for full time jobs. The process varies by country so you will need to do your research.
What are your goals? For example, some students want simply to experience living in a certain country and are less concerned about what they are doing; others want to volunteer for a nonprofit/NGO and find something meaningful; and still others have interest in working for a multi-national company. The approach to your search has its own strategy, depending on your goals.
